4. Subscription Plans & Digital Product Terms

Plans Include (but are not limited to):

• Enterprise Plan: Full features, unlimited workers, advanced analytics.

We reserve the right to change pricing or features at any time with notice.

All services are digital. You acknowledge that upon purchase, you gain access to a virtual service that is non-refundable after the policy period (see Refunds below).

United States Customers:

Refunds are available only within 3 calendar days of initial purchase.

European Union Customers:

Refunds are available within 14 calendar days per EU consumer protection law, unless the customer has accessed or started using the digital product, in which case refunds may be denied as per Article 16(m) of the EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Refund Denial:

No refunds will be provided:

• After the 3-day (US) or 14-day (EU) period.
• If the platform has been accessed and used.
• If misuse or fraud is suspected.
